Connecting hearts and lives one need at a time
The heart of Community ConneXion is to come alongside people who need help. By rallying individuals within our community to provide practical help, we will connect them with people in need so they are cared for and encouraged. We are connecting those with needs in our community to those with skills and a heart to help.
Our desire is to help those within our community to open our eyes to
needs of our church community and rally people to care for the needs.
It doesn't have to be difficult to reach in and meet the needs. It's
simply a matter of seeing people with the lens of Jesus. Anyone can be
an advocate to someone who needs a little help. 
Here's a scenario:
 You're at someone house for dinner and you hear
another couple talking about them being stressed out because of a fence
that blew over in the last wind storm. Your ears perk up to the need
and you decide to be a part of a solution.
You contact our church's Community ConneXion
phone number and you're put in touch with someone that knows people
within our church that have skills that can help you help your friends
with the fallen fence.
You then contact your friend and let them know that you have some people that can help them fix their fence.
Outcomes
1. We keep our eyes and ears open to the needs that are around us.
2. People are able to use their skills and passions to care for others.
3. People get cared for.
4. We rub shoulders working with each other while our friends are cared for.
