Discipleship Small Groups are a place where Christian fellowship and care is fostered. 

Leaning on Each Other
    We encourage each group member to pair up with somebody within their group to form "spiritual partners."  One way to think of this relationship is peer to peer mentoring.  Often, real growth in Christ occurs when we actively listen for God in the life of another. Spiritual partners are not spiritual cops ready to handcuff anyone who is not "towing the line," but fellow "journeyers" who become "confidants," "encouragers," and "load bearers" in their respective walks with Christ.

Action
    The Discipleship Small Groups are full of biblical instruction and service to the community at large as well as the community of believers in the church.  We encourage good Biblical discussion within the group that encourages and fosters our groups to be missional minded, to be proclaimers of truth and not protectors of truth.
